Went to the 1st annual Shirlington Zombie Walk coordinated by my friend Stephen.  The hoard of zombies won the costume contest at Bungalow.

Visited the Corn Maze in Leesburg .  One of my favorite October traditions.  You can also ride a camel at Temple Hall Farm Regional Park for only $5.  I definitely want to do that.

October 11, 2010 - Organizing my space

With the upcoming arrival of my new roomate, I have had to reorganize my space.  I spent today cleaning the bathroom and reorganizing all my stuff to make space for his stuff.  I moved my bookcase from the second bedroom aka the cat room to my bedroom to create a wall so I can move the litter boxes into my room.

October 10, 2010 - US National Arboretum

I spent an hour this afternoon at the Arboretum in Washington DC with Sarah and Hugo.  The weather was great, it was sunny and cool.  It's so peaceful it's hard to believe that you are only two miles from the Capitol.  I love the bonsai tree exhibit and the old Capitol columns.

A Year in Photo's

With the technology I have available to me, I realize how easily I can catch a moment and remember it forever.  I want to see what my life looks like in a year of photo's, one (or more) a day for the next 365 days.  So I look forward to seeing what my life looks like.
